First of all, everyone writting on this website are the problem people in the community. Everyone wants to bit&* about everything! This is not the first apartment community I have lived in so I know that it is not going to be perfect. Everyone bit&*'s that management doesn't do anything. But really what could they do differnt' I have never lived in a community that complained about EVERYTHING! Really the residents has made this a bad experiance for me. Here are some things that we can start doing to make our neighborhood better.
1. PUT THE TRASH IN THE DUMPSTER.
2. WATCH YOUR KIDS!
3. WHEN YOU "BOYZ" COME OVER TURN THE FU&*ING MUSIC DOWN.
4. CLEAN YOUR HOUSE SO THERE ARE NO BUGS.
5. GET A JOB SO YOU ARE NOT LIVING OFF OF MY TAXES.
6. LEARN TO SPEAK ENGLISH!
7. STOP HANGING OUT WITH THE MAINTENANCE GUYS, SO THEY CAN GET THEIR JOB DONE.
8. STOP WALKING AROUND LIKE YOU MAKE A MILLION DALLARS A YEAR AND YOU SHOULD BE LIVING IN A UPCLASS NEIGHBORHOOD. WE ALL KNOW THAT NO ONE CAN MAKE OVER $50,000.00 PER YEAR. BUT IF YOU DO YOU ARE THE DRUG DEALER LOOSERS ANYWAY THAT CAN'T EVEN READ THIS WEBSITE.
9. STOP BIT&*ING! YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIVE HERE FOR FREE. THAT'S THE ONLY REASON WHY SOMEONE WOULD BIT&*CH AS MUCH YOU GUYS DO.
10. IF IT IS AS BAD AS YOU GUYS KEEP SAYING IT IS MOVE LOOSERS.

I am not saying this is the best community but I lived at Chatsworth Park and it is no better. Everyone complains about the office but who would want to work there with assh&*es like you' So, get a fu&*ing life and shut up!

Interesting how MANAGMENT places their comments on here. This was meant as a plce for TENNANTS to post their comments, be it good or bad. Seeing how management is quick to judge, shows how worried they are about the bad press this development is getting. Nothing they can do or say will change the fact that this place is the GHETTO, plain and simple. As for the trash, we could place it in the dumpster IF YOU ------- -------S would keep the ONE TRASH COMPACTOR we have in working order! SECONDLY, we do clean our homes, the bugs were here when we moved into this brand new place. CHEAP padding was used under the carpets which housed eggs from many different species of bugs, which hatch, and multiply. THIS IS A PROBLEM THE MANAGEMENT BROUGHT IN! Drugs on every street corner... blame yourselves for that also, you allow these crack heads to move in, with NO BACKGROUND CHECKS... you claim you can't do background checks, when in fact you can, but are too lazy to take that extra step! Why tell us to stop talking to the maintenance people... its YOUR JOB to make sure they are busy and don't have time for dilly dallying with the residents! As for the salary cap you mention, YOU STUPID IDIOTS... that is only for the first year, and secondly, I made well over $71k last year and I'm still living here! You see, your lack of investigating PROVES ANYONE CAN LIVE HERE. INCOME is ony a requirement the FIRST YEAR... and what income is not reported to you, you have no way of checking... HAHAHA IDIOTS! Pretty said I make fare more then you do working in the office at this dump! FYI I have a job, and DO speak english... the mexican's aren't the problem of this neighborhood, it YOU the MANAGEMENT! you don't like the negative comments? F=U DEAL WITH IT, you made this place what it is... aren't you proud now? OH thats right... Patsy came from the hood in G-Town south so guess thats why SHE doesnt' care about this neighborhood! IDIOTS! get a life!

Hey I really don't like no one in the management office, but I do like Patsy who cares where she came from she has looked out for me since I have lived here. Any time there is a problem she helps me, no one else.
