If you are looking to score drugs, this is the place for you! Drug dealers are practically on every corner and everywhere in between. If you don't value your life, this is the place for you. Yep, there has been a murder at the Regency! Check the local news for details. If you like living in a "home" thats fally apart, but is still considered "new", this is the place for you! Yes, several building have been condemmed and residents had to move. Very poor construction. If you don't care about your vehicle getting vandalized or worse, set on fire, then this is the place for you! Yes one car was burnt to the ground, tires stolen from another, countless cars valdalized by the hoodlems that live in this "hood". Management could care less about you, well except when the 1st of the month comes, THEN they want their money. Otherwise, don't bother contacting them, they are just plain RUDE, INCONSIDERATE -------S. There is not one knowledgeable, people friendly person working in the office. Ask a question and dumbass Patsy just stares at you with her big ass beady eyeballs! She rude and should have been fired a long time ago! Wanna get something fixed in your apartment.... better plan to wait. Took me 8 months to get something repaired! OH if you love bugs and worms, just nature in general ... this is definately the place for you! Yep each apartment/townhouse comes complete with WORMS that come out of the carpeting in the spring summer, spiders as big a dinner plates, ants, etc. Its just GROSE. Have they considered sending out pest control for these problems' NOPE! They just figure the section 8 people are used to it, so why change things. I think what they are trying to do is get all the non-section 8 tennants out of the property, because it is us, the hard working tennants that care about our community that complain. Of course the lazy ass section 8 people and the ------- illegal immigrants and all the other NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING idiots that live here enjoy living in the dump ass ghetto, referred to as "Paradise". Why should they care about their community' They are NOT paying to live here anyway!

OH AND YES management COULD do back background checks, criminal checks, etc., on potential residents, and weed out the bad ones, but they choose not to take that extra step! Why do they care what type of people live here anyway' They are getting checks from the government for the section 8 -------s that live here!

Best advice--- DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU MAY END UP DEAD!

well i live in da regancy n dis place is mad ghetto there is too many hoez around here at night...i hear my neighbors havin sex late at nite and da spiks are tryin to take ova n they keep takin out ----in parkin space n playin the're loud circus music..but newayz i dont recommend ne white people livin here..all they do is call da popo and there is too much security here thats not necessary...ova da summa so gurl everyone calls jayz cuz here lips so swoll sucks every guy here and ----ed in da weight room and da laundry room which should be watched more often..n dis otha hoe "joyce" walks by my house wit her same ol' hooker boots n her nappy weave standin by da corner doin her thang but newayz dats all i got to say dis gonna be da next georgetown south cuz everyone here smokin weed like its nottin...holla
