Regency Place

Poorly trained, incompentent, unprofessional office staff. It all begins there! If you don't get a good feeling from the office staff, that should be a good clue... DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management could care less about the tennants, most of whom are government funded Section 8 recipents. Construction of the building, POOR, cheap carpeting, cheap floor tile, constantly peeling or even become loose. Proper drywall mud, nails, ect used in builing this place. Nails coming out of the walls, walls cracking. Bug infested buildings, yes, worms that come out of the carpeting, and when you ask to be exterminated, they refuse and tell you that you should be luck you don't live in Woodburn, it has a worse problem with bugs and worms! OK, well that does what for me? Maintenance staff slow or unresponsive. THey'd rather hang out outside smoking and talking to tennants rather then work. Of course thats when they aren't riding around the property doing nothing on their golf carts. Swimming pool is so small... and was only open two weekends begining LABOR DAY 2004... nvermind the property has been open for two years! There are over 200 units, yet the pool may hold about 20 poeple!. One trash dumpster for the enitre community, and usually you can't get to it because there is a 5 foot tall pile of trash in front of it... yet management expects you to CLIMB OVER the trash to get to the dumpster! Lets see their stupid asses do that! I'm sure they wouldn't! Small children always in the roadway... you have to play dodge the baby when you drive into the development because the crack addicted parents don't bother to pay attention to them and let them run wild dmaaging peoples cars and the property. What does managment do about this NOTHING! They are incompetent... disrespectful...unprofessional bunch of IDIOTS! This place is truely a GHETTO as mentioned in many other postings! DO NOT MOVE HERE.. unless you are section 8,,, then the government will pay for it... and you can make this place even dumpier then it already is! If you value your life and don't want your kid addicted to the numerous drugs available on every street here, or you don't want your kid to become a gang banger... I suggest you not move here. I lived here on a few short months before I petitioned for early release... ITS HORRIBLE!
