The management here is extremely incompetent! I have been left with several unanswered requests on numerous occasions...what are they doing if they are not responding to the requests of rent paying residents?
They also hired a so called "security guard" who is a complete PRICK! Maybe that's where the $16 rent increase is being allocated too? He rides around the development in the Land Cruiser with a blue neon light in his trunk...what a joke. He's oblivious to most of the activity that actually takes place here!

If you can tolerate poor management, loud obnoxious neighbors, parking a block away from your unit and huge mounds of trash at the dumpster on a weekly basis; this is the place for you!
