Ok, to the person that is from NYC I feel for you but we are not from NYC. We are used to living in clean, drug free and noise free neighborhoods. Maybe that is the problem people are used to living in crap holes so this is paradise compared to where you are from. Sit back and think maybe that is how your old neighborhood turned into what it is today and that is why Regency is turning into what is it turning into. So, let's start kicking the crap out and turn it into a nice neighborhood!
