we have lived in the Regency apartments for about 2 1/2 yrs now..... we transferend from a apartment to one of their townhouses... the 2nd day we were moved in... the bathroom mirror fell off the eall and hit my husband in the head... the front door doesnt shut, maintenance has been out 3 times to fix it... we had a work order in for 2 yrs..with no response, and then they tried to take the damage out of our deposit. the maintenance men live in the property. we have been waiting for our deposut to be returned to us from the apartment for 6 months now ( supposed to be a 45 day return) and they change employee's so much .. noone know what is going on in the office due to misscommunication.. I DO NOT recomend moving ito this neighborhood.
