A True, unbiased review for prospective tenants

Years at this apartment: 2004-01-01 - 2007-01-01

A couple of facts:

1. The rent is one of the lowest in the areas
a. Because of this, the average tenant is mid-low, low class
b. So don't expect average mid class apts complex

2. There has been a couple of incidents with drugs and crime
a. The place is safe, in 3yrs we have never had a problem
b. Place is ok for kids. But you have to stay out with them and put them in before nighttime

3. Management is ok at best, repair response is poor

4. Walls are thin, so if you below somebody, you will have a high noise level (Apologies to our 4 neighboards who lived below us...SORRY!)

So recommended for short term living, (save some money and leave), but not for long term.
