Regency Place

I've been living at the regency with my wife for almost 2 years now. although the apartments look nice on the outside and inside that does not mean the people that live there or work there are the same. I've had problems with neighbors partying by my master bedroom window all night although 3 written letters to management fixed that problem it just opened that space up to another family that listens to music all day really loud. The trash container is always overflowing with trash, some maintenance employees are lazy or clueless about what is going on. Management is always changing and getting completely new employees which has happened about 3 times since I've been here. people living here are just basically ghetto folk that want to get out of the ghetto and live somewhere nice, problem is that they cant change there ways and end up bringing the ghetto with them. after living in Houston for 5 years i wish i was back to high crime and crappy traffic after living here. i plan on leaving this year when the lease is up.
