2 Bedroom and 2 Bath Apartments are listed for 999/mo on advertisements in various locations on the web. Prior to visiting I called to confirm the rate was accurate. After arriving at the leasing office, we were informed that the ad is outdated and the rates were 50$ more a month. Initially the manager stated this in a very argumentative tone.
The ad is still up to this day and I feel that the Regency Place is being deliberately misleading. I have attempted to contact regional managers several times and left messages - my phone call has yet to be returned.
Good luck if you're renting here, the unethical behavior behind the owning firm and the tone of the management staff tell me that there will be a bundle of problems for any duration of leasing.
The property does appear well kept, but with a staff and management that don't care.... I don't think it is worth it. There are too many other places to choose from that cost less and have better customer relations.
