Regency Place

Been here with my wife for about 1 year (waiting till our lease expires....thank god) Since we moved here things have really changed. It's now a honor to drive by the dumpster and see the piles of trash sitting outside the overflowing trash compactor, on the way home. How hard would it be to put a dumpster in on the other side? But, not only do you see the trash there but sometimes laying in the road from the people forgetting its on their cars to take to the dumpster. Driving your trash to the dumpster? I'd consider taking it and piling it up in front of the main office. Lets face it they arent good for to much more. Maybe they would get the hint then.
Now, for the kids....I hate the summer months because of them. You walk outside and you see all these kids playing football or catch in the middle of the road, but dont worry they arent in to much of a hurry to move when they see you coming. Apparently they didnt see the big open grass areas in the middle of this place. Also the fear of projectiles flying at your car is a constant threat. I've witnessed my car being pelted by footballs and soccer balls serveral times. Complaints to the parents? No, they are to busy playing in the street a few feet down. i guess they didnt see the big green areas either...
Neighbors? I'm going to leave this subject alone. I swear i must have done something wrong in the past life for god to do this to me.
All in all its a great place to live.....Just dont mind the guy peeing from the steps where you have to walk into your apartment.
I do however agree with the no grills here. Why would i trust someone to put out there grill when they are to busy being wasted and peeing on the steps.
Enjoy every different color of notice on your door every day.
