South Main Commons has about as many property managers as it has turnovers.This is the worse run community I have ever lived. I don't pay $900 in rent to live with cochroaches and have my home smelling like enchilades all the damn time. People continuosly work on cars all the time in the parking lot and then you have to step over oil and other spills when you go to and from your car.It's really a shame because the apartments theirselves are nice and so is the location but really it's all about the neighborhood and that's where the problems begins.new managers try to enforce their own policies and then you get notes for like a month straight and yet when you call the office no one ever answers the damn phone, I guess they can't hear over the typing their doing to send out a bunch of b***s***! I don't know why they waste their time when they never stay long enough for all the tenants to even read their notes. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

FYI... I don't live here, but I do know they are a tax credit community. Not to put down tax credit communities, but you get what you pay for. It does seem to be a nice place as I live behind it at Colonial Village and some of the same issues are there too, but thats alos part of apartment living. You have to sacrafice some luxuries you might otherwise have if you owned your own home, but the good thing is unlike your own home after one year you are free to leave.
