maintenance didnt deserve as high of a review it got. weve had the guy come up to "fix" it over and over again for almost 3 years before they finally just gave us a new unit. during summer time we payed over 200$ for electricity when the a/c is all we ran and our apartment was never chilled. we never had any complaints or problems with anyone in our area (the people are nice) but management just "came to the conclusion" that we arent allowed to re-new our lease because she and.....im guessing the voice in her head decided on it...... children run free with no adults but this ONE woman who really seems to care about them and yet is receiving the same treatment we are. wonder which kids gonna die first with no screams to be heard by the dog lady or even parents. =( OH YEA! and another about maintenance. apparently the fact that he cant fix things is our fault and we need to "understand" that it takes 3 years for ONE piece of equipment to be mailed to the office and replaced. the landlord was nice when she wasnt a ----- (not pmsing), but shes obviously a tool and has almost no idea what shes doing as far as maintaining a functional property, at least it wasnt expensive though right' wrong. we now have to pay for everything that was damaged or broken BEFORE we moved in. nice.....nice....
