Cozy quiet place to live

I lived at Sunnygate for 3 years. Sunnygate is a very cozy place to live. People are friendly and Manager lives at Sunnygate which I'm sure makes it a safer place to live. The only problem I had when I lived there was a busted pipe which maintenance responded to immediately (at 2 in the morning on a weekend). The apartment property looks nice and the Office is always ready to help. Rent is reasonable compared to the other apartments in the area.
