I haved at Sunnygate for 5 years and plan on staying longer. The Manager was at Sunnygate before I moved in and she also lives at Sunnygate. I have never, ever, had to put my belongings inside. If you call the county police dept they will tell you that over the years we've had a few bikes taken and a couple of cars broke into. Nothing else major. And that is over the years. Of coarse crime can happen anywhere, it's just some places are worse than others. I believe the Manager does a great job and if she didn't don't you think Sunnygate would be a terrible drug infested place to live' It takes everyone living at Sunnygate to help keep it safe and nice. If you drive thru you will see children playing thruout the neighborhood. Of coarse the Manager cannot police the property 24 hrs a day, the parents must also keep a watch out for their children. Everyone needs to help keep the neighborhood nice. They live here too.
