nice place but bad manager!

I lived here a year now and it seems like the manager is to worried about saving a dollar than replacing something thats so old it cant be fixed.Ive had so many problems with my apartment but maintence will come 3 to 4 times for the same thing instead of replacing something thats 10 yrs old.I can see maintence gets irritated with haveing to keep coming back so much.Other than that Ive had lots of things stolen off my patio and my car stereo was stolen too.Other than that the neighbors are friendly but the manager Ive seen her walking through the neighborhood after hours and early mornings when its still dark like a spy.
