I'm the Manager at Sunnygate Village. I live here at Sunnygate (7 years) and just because I'm walking after hours doesn't mean I'm spying.I walk because it's healthy. If you noticed me walking early in the morning or late at night maybe it's because it's cooler out then. Did you also notice when I'm walking that I'm picking up trash. I know alot of the residents at Sunnygate and I go out and talk with some of them. If you would like to join me when I'm walking please feel free to. I would like the company. On another note... if you have something that can be repaired, we will repair it. If you beleive it needs replaced come talk to me. I'm not an unreasonable person. I can't promise you anything but your request will be considered. As far as having things stolen I do hope you have reported it to the police. Sunnygate is a nice quite neighborhood and we would like to keep it like that, but if something happens you need to report it. You know "CRIME HAS NO ADDRESS".
