The place is old. Things are always breaking in the apartment. The maintenance staff is good though. The fixtures are old and the floor creaks loudly.

We recently received notice of cleanliness inspections by the management. This is truely uncalled for and possibly a breach of the lease agreement.

The exterior lighting leaves alot to be desired.

The days between trash collection by the waste disposal company trash is all
around the dumpster area.

The noise at night comes from motorcycles racing up and down Godwin Dr and the ambulances going to the nearby hospital via Godwin.

The rent is relatively inexpensive however one late payment and you have to pay with money orders for the next 9 months.

There have been more people moving out than in if that is any indication to you. We are looking for a place to move to in this school district as soon as we can get out of this lease.
