It should be known more as GHETTO VILLAGE!! I moved in under the old management, who was amazing in comparison to the new management. The new manager, ----- -------, is a joke and extremely unprofessional. She has a terrible temper and looses it often with tenants(what else can you expect from someone fresh to the area from -------!!!) New management decided to make preventative maintenance on the pipes, which has now taken 3 WEEKS and I still have huge holes in my walls and ceilings. This has been the worst rental experience ever!! I would never recommend sunnygate to anyone! Not to mention there is a lot of 'shady' people and activities going on (like others mentioned). I cannot emphisize enough how much I regret moving in here and dream of the day I can move out! Save yourself the headache and avoid sunnygate all together.

I also moved here under old management (about 3 years ago), and couldn't be more please with the current manager. She has worked with me, on numerous occasions, to make my experience here better. Sounds like this reviewer has a personal issue!

Agreed. My experience has been nothing like this. I talk with the current manager all the time. She's always been open and had/has a pleasant demeanor. Does seem as though this person has a personal issue.
