I have lived here since July of 2005. We are on our third manager. I think she is doing a wonderful job, given what she has to work with. The pipe project someone was complaining about was supposed to have been completed by the previous owners, it is a COUNTY mandated thing, she did not decide to do it. Yes the buildings are old, but we have had the upgrades done and they are great. Yes there are some shady looking people, but once you talk to them and get to know them, they are really nice people. Yes there are dogs, pits, boxers, rotties, etc. people don't pick up after them, but it is getting better. New management has put up baggies and trash cans. My parents live in a upscale neighborhood in Loudon, and people don't pick up after their animals there either, so that is no reflection of the community. The new management has been more than willing to work with me when I needed it. Would I suggest a family of four move here' No because it is not big enough. But for people just getting on their feet or small families it is nice. Remember people you get out of a neighborhood what you put into it.

Nice review. I thought Nicky was the one that put up on doggy bags. They sure come in handy. Now I don't have to walk my pooch all the way off the property or carry a huge walmart bag.

ummm....the *SECOND* manger had the idea to put those potty stations around the neighborhood. It is a shame the new owners already had their own managment *family* they wanted in the office. But from what I hear...the former manager got a better job offer and is doing very well. So..good for her!! I am happy for her.

Sunnygate is great. Sure there has been some shady managers..carolyn,nicky...we are greatful to have sarah. The maintence team is great Leon is right there when you need him. The pool is clean and the children in the area are not loud and wild. Dogs are all over.. friendly and again no complaints.. sometimes I wish we could open up the next apt.. for more space.. other then that this is a great place to live.. I love it.
