I have lived at the Sunnygate for less than a year and I have several complaints. The very first day that I moved in I realized that my garbage disposal didn't work. I told the lady in the office, but never heard anything about it. The washing machine is cramed into a little spot and you can't open the door all the way. The first time I did laundry the washing machine was so loud that you could hear it a mile down the road, then I realized that the carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet, because the washing machine was leaking. I told the management and they did replace it with a USED washing machine; however the replacement machine is currently leaking. I recently moved an item that was in the bottom of the linen closet (if you want to call it that) since I moved in and there is a big mold spot from where the washing machine leaks. That isn't the worst of it, one rainy night I was awakened by a noise in the living room, when I arrived I realized that it was raining in my living room from the glass door area. The apartments are tiny and not well put together, the drawers in the kitchen barely have enough room to open and I can hear my upstairs neighbors dog and kids all the time. If this apartment was a used car, I would have a lawsuit on my hands.
