(user photo) Entry to building, notice pile of bird poop, vomit on the mud, torn and stained carpet, and the non-staggered brick work, mail box area where tenants throw their junk mail on the floor, nice curtains... our front door, carpet and runner. (user photo) Welcome home! Bad wall patch and paint, old water heater, unstable shelves in closets, old dishwasher, fuse box, old scratched stove, very old stacked w/d, door frame, kitchen floor and cabinets.

Tanglewood is a great deal -- as long as you don't mind living 20 miles from D.C.

This complex is really a great deal, as far as rent is concerned. Electric, telephone, cable tv and water, trash and sewer are not included in the base rent. The complex is less than 2 miles from I-66, which makes it a very convenient location in Manassas. The staff are friendly but sometimes don?t return calls immediately -- they are also hard to reach at times. Parking is not assigned and visitors do not need passes. Overall, Tanglewood isn?t that bad of a place to live.
