(user photo) Entry to building, notice pile of bird poop, vomit on the mud, torn and stained carpet, and the non-staggered brick work, mail box area where tenants throw their junk mail on the floor, nice curtains... our front door, carpet and runner. (user photo) Welcome home! Bad wall patch and paint, old water heater, unstable shelves in closets, old dishwasher, fuse box, old scratched stove, very old stacked w/d, door frame, kitchen floor and cabinets.

We recently moved here & I actually found our 1 bdr via the net. Was a little sceptical since we didn't have a chance to see the place but when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. Clean, great layout & ample space. It's one of the few apt's in the area where we could bring our pets & priced much lower than most others. So far no problems & everything that needed repairing was taken care of within a few days. I recommend the staff, they have been friendly & helpful all the way. Even the furniture we needed for our short time lease here is great. All in all a great experience so far.
