(user photo) Entry to building, notice pile of bird poop, vomit on the mud, torn and stained carpet, and the non-staggered brick work, mail box area where tenants throw their junk mail on the floor, nice curtains... our front door, carpet and runner. (user photo) Welcome home! Bad wall patch and paint, old water heater, unstable shelves in closets, old dishwasher, fuse box, old scratched stove, very old stacked w/d, door frame, kitchen floor and cabinets.

From the first month of moving into the apartment, it was hell. One of the kitchen drawers was missing, the washer and dryer could only fit an outfit in it. the upkeeping was very bad. if it snowed, better have ski's, or ice skates when it turned to ice. the staff, very rude, and unwilling to assist. maintenance, bad. .
i would never ever ever live there again, nor recommened my worst enemy too..
and by the way, my car got broken into.. and the staff did nothing. So if you from the True Ghetto, and loved it.. Welcome Home.
