(user photo) Entry to building, notice pile of bird poop, vomit on the mud, torn and stained carpet, and the non-staggered brick work, mail box area where tenants throw their junk mail on the floor, nice curtains... our front door, carpet and runner. (user photo) Welcome home! Bad wall patch and paint, old water heater, unstable shelves in closets, old dishwasher, fuse box, old scratched stove, very old stacked w/d, door frame, kitchen floor and cabinets.

This is one of the worse apartment I ever lived. When I moved in it was quite dirty and had second thought of moving out. After one year I got a renewal notice with 24 % increase in rent!!
