(user photo) Entry to building, notice pile of bird poop, vomit on the mud, torn and stained carpet, and the non-staggered brick work, mail box area where tenants throw their junk mail on the floor, nice curtains... our front door, carpet and runner. Bad wall patch and paint, old water heater, unstable shelves in closets, old dishwasher, fuse box, old scratched stove, very old stacked w/d, door frame, kitchen floor and cabinets.
