If you care about where you live at all...DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for 1 year and I had my AC go out which an exboyfriend had to fix for me, the screen to the balcony kept falling off, they actually fixed it, and it fell off again - they never tried to fix it again. I was promised a new refridgerator upon move-in and when I FINALLY got it a few months later it was way too big so the laundry room door could only open half way since it was blocked. The moldings on the floor (connecting the carpet to the linoleum) kept coming up so my roommate and I had to fix it. Then I had problem after problem with the office staff. They were rude, very unhelpful, and it was almost like they wanted my roommate and I to leave b/c of the way they treated us. Any problem we had they were either nearly impossible to get ahold of, or if we DID actually get ahold of them they were rude. The cabinets were also very old and dirty. It was really kind of gross to put my clean dishes in there when I moved in. The outside lights on each apartment went out in my building and across the street...a couple of times and it would last for days. So, if you want to leave, or are coming home at night it was really freaky going outside and walking to or from the apartment (especially for me since I lived on the third floor). It was completely dark outside and the only light I had most of the time during these 2 episodes to guide me into or out of my apartment was the little light from my cell phone. It did not make me feel safe at all and I would refuse to walk out of or up to my door unless I had another person with me. It sucked. Don't move here!!!
