It's actually Ok

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I'm still living here at the moment but looking to move out. I've been here for 1 year now.
A few things for you to consider: they require a 60 days written notice to move out. If you want to move out before the end of your lease, the fee is 2 month's rent, which is a lot. Even though my lease ends this month, to move out I had to give a notice 2 months prior to that. You can go month to month but it's 100 bucks plus to your regular rent.
Rent is not that high actually. They've incresed it 20 bucks for the next year.
But they charge you 300 bucks every year for using the pool, fitness etc, which is not clear when you sign up with them. Pool and fitness here are pretty good. Fitness room is decent - one of the biggest I've seen in places I lived in. It has about 7 separate machines plus 4 bikes/elliptical and 4 TVs with cable and raquetboll room is there. It's all in a good condition and clean. They also have a computer with internet access and printer for public access. Internet is cable and pretty fast.
Flor plans of the apartments are honestly bad and apartments are small for the price. I have vaulted celling ( 10 bucks). Many apartments also have fireplaces - also 10 per month. But they are cheep looking and poorly located in the room.
Oh, water and sewer are paid separate from the rent. I pay about 12 - 17 bucks a month for the water.
What I like about this place is it's quiet! The walls and floors are solid so you don't hear your neighbours at all. The air conditioners are also quiet. I think that's the reason they call it luxury;)
The balkony is a wooden deck and the rails are week - I don't like balkony. But it has a big storage room on the side of it.
Entrances are ugly.
I've used maintenance only once - they've fixed my door lock withing 3 days. So it's Ok. My friends had more contact with the maintenance and they curse big time;)
But the team here has changed past summer.
Few other things to mention... they are having parties with free food and beer pretty much every holiday. The last one was St. Patrick's day. They also have a little video tapes library free for the tenants.
They also have a place to wash your car - the hose and the vacuum.
Oh, when I moved in, they've had 2 month rent free;) And... a referral bonus of 500 bucks to both the one who refers you and you. So you might want to find someone who lives here to refer you;) Oh and they gave 100 bucks worth gift certificate for BestBuy and a clock;) Sounds like too much, but it's true. I don't know what's gotten into them at that time.
Oh, the windows are bad. They slide upwards to open, but they won't stay up. Also when it's windy, they make a nice howling noise;) This winter was cold and they don't give enough insulation. I scotch-taped them, but still not much difference. I ended up scotch-taping an old shower curtain to the wall on top of the window -sealed it completely. Othervice it's just blowing cold wind at the bed;)
In general, it used to be luxury apartments some time in the past, now the floor plans are obsolete and the fixtures are dying and the price gone down a little comparing to the other places nearby. And sometimes they have these crazy specials.
