We have had problems here from before we ever moved in.Everything all other tenants have said about maintenance is true--they will NEVER fix ANYTHING. They didn?t even fix anything we wrote down on our walk-through sheet. They are NOT luxury, just regular apartments. The office DOES not care about your problems, and will barely relay a message. So far, in the 2 years we have lived here, our showers have not worked, we have had problems with heat/AC, our stove/oven never worked properly, and was only replaced when it caught on fire and was deemed a fire hazzard. They spend all their money manicuring the lawns to attract potential renters, and do nothing to satisfy the living conditions of the current renters. Our bottom floor recently flooded and furniture ruined due to old foundation, and we are still working through this problem. I could go on, but I hope these major issues are enough.

Felt the need to edit--
06/20/03. A month and a half later, our place is STILL flooding, our couch is soaked, and we now have bugs. I stay home all day to wait for repairmen--who never show up. I make 8-10 calls a DAY now, to either not get through, or be told that "they couldnt make it out today" and they will come by the next day--they never do. What they do, is put you off and dont return your calls until right before 5 on Fridays, to tell you that "its almost the weekend, and we can't do anything now until Monday" and then the cycle repeats itself.And, everyone will pass the buck and blame someone else, so by the end of it all, you're so confused, you don't even know who is to blame. We have now given up and are moving out.
