Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I have lived in Wellington apartments for 3 years. When I first moved into my apartment there was a LONG list of things needing to be fixed. It took them a YEAR! to fix them all. Then it took them 3 months to re-do the damage they did fixing things. We STILL have problems with things they have fixed several times. I have also complained to the office staff about several neighbors. They have done NOTHING! The new managment is rude and they DO NOT CARE! The apartments are not in good shape(inside) and are very small. To be paying over $1000 a month I expect MUCH better living accomidations. Needless to say this is my LAST year living here.
