This place is shoddy for several reasons: the first being that the maintenance staff is completely incompetent and fails to rectify problems for weeks to months after they occur. Next, the office staff is similarly incompetent but also rude, lackadaisical, and indifferent to tenants' concerns. Thirdly, the rent for the so-called "luxury" apartments is outrageously high for what is received in return. Lastly, you will find numerous apartments that have multiple families living in one apartment, including noisy kids. OVERALL, DO NOT LIVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
