I have lived at Wellington Place for about 2.5 years and reading peoples comments can miss lead you' Rent is very reasonable other places around here charge a lot. I think over all maintenance is great. I had a leak in my apartment at night and the supervisor came out and took care of the problem fast. The office staff seems to be running the place pretty well however I do not go up there much. Some people have something go wrong and they think it,s the end of the world'''' The people that work there are really great people.
