Take my advice - DO NOT MOVE HERE.
My husband and I moved to Wellington Place on June 7, 2003. As my father used to say "If they have to write 'luxury' in the title, it isn't." While these may have been luxury apartments at one time, they are now sixteen years old and in dire need of refurbishing. The appliances and fixtures are old, and many do not work anymore. The management only replaces appliances one at a time as they break down completely.
Our apartment is infested with roaches, and the list of repairs needed at move-in was a full page long. Three months after move-in the roaches are still here, we haven't been offered any resolution or compensation, and only three of the items we requested to be repaired have been fixed. The office staff is obsequious and simultaneously completely inept.
