PLEASE Don't Move here!
Since moving into this apartment complex my wife and I have been beset on all sides by roaches, broken appliances (including A/C in the middle of July) and generally poor service.
The worst has been the pest problem. Although quickly offering to fix this issue, the roaches remain and I fear that they will be hear even after we move out, since according to a statement by the management they were here before we moved in. Any company that would let their tenants move in without first inspecting the apartment, and also that does not make good on promises to fix glaring problems should be ashamed. The management gives us a false show of concern every time we see them. They seem generally unorganized and ineffective as their is consistently trash on the grounds, around the dumpsters. The fact is if you want something fixed you will have to stay on TOP of the management if you want any chance of it getting solved. You will also pay through the nose for these "Luxury" (NOT) apartments. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
