Oh please, Don't rent here. I've lived here for 2 years, and would have had better luck in a cardboard box. This place is ghetto, fights constantly, people just hang out in the street. There have been so many burglaries this month that we are actually getting warning fliers about it. The apartments are broken, run down, bug infested, and maintenance doesnt do a thing. They also charge you for EVERY LITTLE THING...water, using the dumpster, everything. The only thing that is luxury is the rent. There are sex offenders in the neighborhood, a ton of unsupervised children who play in the streets, leave trash all over your property, scream at the top of their lungs, and look in your windows. Completely ghetto. Be advised that you will have to make ALL repairs yourself, and, on the slim chance maintenance DOES come out, they CHARGE for repairs made...usually at a much steeper fee than doing it yourself (Like 20$ to replace a 5$ set of mini-blinds) They make the grounds look beautiful so that they, and I quote "have a long waiting list of prospective renters, and dont care if you move out or not" If I could sum this complex up in one general word, it would be TRASH.
