I have found all of the staff to be very nice and willing to listen to every complaint. However, my appartment has been infested with roaches since the first day I moved in. Repeated requests brought promises of a return visit from the exterminator, but each time the results are the same. I continue to see roaches first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I have been forced to live with the smell of bleach b/c that is only way to feel somewhat clean. The apartments are nice and the cost is reasonable for the area, but I would have never signed the lease agreement had I known that I would be spending months with roaches.
