Wellington Is ok. Just ok. I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up though!! We were shown a totally different apartment then what we moved into. Out apartment looks old, the walls are cracking, and they are about 4 layers of linoleum under the new layer. Who ever they hire to re-do floors must be really cheap and lazy! Its gross to be able to see all the floor layers. Not to mention the washer and dryers are made for a person of mini-me's size. I can only wash 3 pairs of pants at at time and Im a pretty petite person. The maintance is horribe, our AC doesent work right, and there are absolutly no closets besides the ones in the rooms. What ever happened to linen closet or coat closet'
