I have lived at Wellington Place Apartments now for approximately two years and have only one complaint, my neighbors should be more respectful with their dog droppings. Other than that, I think that my apartment is beautiful. When I need something fixed or done the maintenance staff always takes care of me the same day. I never hear any noise from the neighbors and the new siding that was put on my building looks beautiful.
The office staff is great, they are friendly and know what they are doing! I lived in many different apartments in my time and have never been treated so well. When it came time to renew my lease I got a renewal present of $250.00 from the management...boy was i happy. The assistant manager in particular is one of the most professional, customer service oriented individuals that I have had and the woman on the maintenance staff is on top of her game.
Anyways, to make a long story short I would reccomend Wellington Place to anyone and have brought two friends to live here and they love it.
