Do not waste your time nor your money renting at this horrible, dirty and expensive dump that they call luxury living. I would like to know their definition of luxury living. They have only updated the model apartment to show and you think that you are actually moving into a nice location until the day they hand you the keys to your apartment. The apartments are dirty and smelly. The carpet looks like it hasn't been changed in over 20 years. The appliances are loud and outdated. I could never use the oven because it didn't cook correctly. The dishwasher sounded like a bomb about to explode along with the washing machine (which ruined my clothes). The refrigerator stop working about a month after a move into that crappy apartment and the staff replaced it with a refrigerator that looked like they retrieved it from the dumps. It was so disgusting and they refused to replace it.

I still cannot believe that they can get away with charging the amount of rent for a place that should be condemned. The dogs on the property are totally out of control. It looks and smells like a dog shelter.

The management has 7 or more people living in a 2 bedroom apartments. The parking is ridiculous. We could never find a parking space near our building because of the number of people living in a 2-bedroom apartment which all of them own vehicles. The noise is also totally out of control. People partying all night and throwing their beer bottles and caps onto my patio.

I am so glad to finally be out of there and pray to God that I never have to go back.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT WELLINGTON PLACE. YOU WILL BE SORRY.
