Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Wellington Place recently was purchased by a new company. The increase of $100.00 when renewing your lease is of concern. This cost covers apartment upgrades. You will experience general maintenance, noise, and animal concerns, but one of the biggest disappointments is new Management. The Manager is not sensitive to residents concerns and very non-customer friendly (unprofessional).
