I am so glad I moved out of here. I broke my lease and moved out three months for which I still had to pay their outrageous rent. The apt was dirty WHEN I MOVED IN! Appliances were beyond old. Carpet was disgusting. Walls were CAKED with SEVERAL layers of paint that just chipped off. BUGS everywhere no matter how much I cleaned. Very drafty from windows and doors. Neighbors that are loud, rude and probably illegal immagrants. My upstairs neighbor would fight with his girlfriend or have keg parties at all hours of the night. The cops were even there several times. Firetrucks have to come at least once a month and there are no sprinklers installed. I had my car towed ONE DAY after the tags expired and had to pay $100 to get it back. Office staff is beyond rude, my friend was threanted to be thrown off the property for telling the guy he was a jerk when he REFUSED to give me any information about the towing company they use. The playground is nasty and gave my 2 year old splinters because the wood is not finished. The crime there was so bad they actually passed out fliers telling us not to leave anything valueable on our patios or in the storage closets outside, which you cannot lock. I am so happy I moved out even though it cost me over $3000. I would of paid triple that to get out of that dump!
