We moved in around October and have had nothing but issues with this place. I will say that the woman and the older black gentleman on on the maintenance staff are very nice but that's about it. The office staff is rude and incompetant. It has taken them several months to get letterhead, they leave rude threatening letters on doors (even doors of people who have moved) about various things. Now they are trying to insist we put all satellite dishes in "mobile containers" which I don't think is legal, checking into it now. The water bills come from a separate company but you are supposed to make the check out to Wellington, and I forgot once, made the check to the water bill company, and it was mailed back to me and also a threatening "pay or leave" type letter sent only a couple days after and over only about $23. They charge $25 a month if you have a fireplace but the fireplace is unusable as it is small and some genius used wall paint on the inside of it. Thanks but I don't know what chemicals are in that paint. Who paints a fireplace'

Bottom line- don't bother with this place. I have seen several empty apartments lately and I hope that someday this management gets a clue.
