Don't Move In There

I recently moved out of Wellington Place. The reasons are many, so I'll try to keep this short:
1. Pest problems, never went away, no matter how many times they sprayed.
2. Mold problems; a month after I moved in there was a problem with the plumbing next door, and it came through the walls to soak my living room carpet. As months passed by, the walls in the bathroom bulged a bit, I could see moulding cracking, and they never did repair the carpet satisfactorily.
3. Office staff is rude and makes frequent mistakes, including forgetting to log rent checks.
4. Neighbors upstairs played their music so loud I could sing along with it. Complaints got nowhere, so I just called the cops when I needed to. Similar incidents included residents playing music in their cars at all hours in the parking lot.
5. Unleashed pets charging after people walking was a severe nuisance.
6. The towing company they employ is exceptionally predatory.
7. When they replaced my linoleum because of the water damage, they just layed the new stuff down over the old stuff...and I found out later there was an older layer under that. When laying the linoleum down, they busted up floor moulding and broke the door to the utility/washing machine closet, and never fixed it.
Basically, there are places to move that are better for the same price. Get out while you can, or don't go there to begin with.
