I am currently living in this horrible community. The place claims to be luxury but is not even close. I have been waiting for 2 months to get the floor in my bathroom fixed. The toilet is so lose it can not be used and is rotting my floor. I pay 1700 a month rent to have 2 beds and baths, and I have an bathroom that can not be used. My AC has gone out 4 times now, and the promise to replace the unit has gone unfulfilled. I have only been here 2 months, and have had a total of 6 days with no AC. That means it can take over 24 hours in 95 degree heat to get it fixed. It reached 98 degrees in my apartment before they fixed it last time, and I am currently waiting for someone to show up to fix it again. There is also a major bug issue here. Spiders, ants, roaches, you name it. Good luck trying to get anything fixed here. They do not care at all! So between the mold growing in my bathroom and the lack of AC, and the bug issue, I can not wait to move out. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
