I signed my lease back in June and was told that when I moved into the apartment in August that I'd have new cabinets and carpets since the apartment would have been empty all summer.

I got there and the carpets not only hadn't been replaced but weren't even cleaned. There were nails, screws, debris, and stains all over.

The exhaust fan for the stove/oven was hanging on by one nail.

There were still things left over from a former tenant in the storage locker.

The screen door was leaning up against the apartment detached.

Absolutely awful. I took my lease, tore it up, and kept on looking.
