I have lived here 2 years now and I must say at first I had my reservations. The place was in decent shape but could have used a little touching up. We finally got new management here and they are doing what needs to be done. I just got my new kitchen and bathroom and it is wonderful and it only took 3 days! I am not sure why my neighbors complain because the management is improving the property and is doing what needs to be done. Some of my friends here have said the same so I wonder what is really bugging some people with their reviews. Dana is the new manager here and when ever I have a question she has got the answer. The maintenance crew here has much improved from the previous management and slowly but surely The Wellington is becoming a great place to live. If it wasn't for Dana I would have left here in June, but I renewed and I don't regret it at all.
