I have read both the postive and negative reviews. I have lived here FIVE years, I repeat FIVE. I have had the same neighbors for nearly three years, this place is okay. I think the numbers should speak for themselves.

The office staff seems nice, I have always been talked to politely. The only thing they have asked me to do is put any complaints in writing. I do not think this out of the oridinary. I have never had roach in my house but I am a neat freak ( my poor husband has to deal with me) and I think the pool and overall grounds look nice. If I didn't I would by a house. They could fix up the gym but it functions.

Bottom line I am not leaving anytime soon.

"Bottom line I am not leaving anytime soon." The funny thing is, you probably are moving soon against your will. They will give you 120 days notice to vacate regardless of when your lease ends in order to renovate the entire complex. They are legally within their right under http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000 cod 55-222 but choosing to begin renovations without any respect to lease contracts that they themselves wrote and signed shows how little respect they have for their residents.
