I have been for about a month, and I can honestly say I was hesitant at first by reading all of the reviews. A good tip about apartment hunting: know when to rent! This place is like the stock market, prices go up and down. Luckily I have a nice 2bed/2bath for an affordable price. Everything is in good shape and when I had a problem with my washer and dryer, although really old, maintenance came the next day to take a look at it and replaced within a week. The community is fairly quiet, but then again, maybe I just lucked out. They do work on the buildings during the day time, but if you have a 9-5, like me than its not a problem by the time you get home. Traffic sucks in the morning, but hey, lifes not perfect.
