Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Avoid at all costs. The apartments are drafty, which cause electric bills to skyrocket in the winter. A mouse was in my apartment and they came to put down one trap. Did not return until three weeks later when prompted to do so after informing them that the mouse was still running rampid. Air conditioner makes weird noises and maintenance reported that they could not do anything about it. Basically, my experience was 12 months of headache after headache. Again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
