Don't be fooled; this is not luxury living or anything close to it. It is at best modeled and remodeled on what can be called the sale rack at home depot. Fit and finish are not good at all as well. Sound transmission between units is free-flowing. I can honestly hear the tenants in the apt above me talk about what they want for dinner, the movie they agree to watch and then listen to the movie with them. That's no lie. I've fixed the toilet myself because their maintenance guy couldn't do it. Oh, and the lid for the toilet does not fit the tank; WP won't take remedy that apparently. I have seen some of the new tenants that they are renting to. They are moving in with their possessions in plastic garbage bags. That's a very bad sign and one of desperation to get the occupancy rate up, disregarding selectivity of tenants. The complex is undergoing major exterior renovations which look nice but that does not make up for some serious fundamental lacking on the interior; sound transmission between units, low quality workmanship and craftsmanship, low quality fixtures and low quality future neighbors. Look around before signing on at WP; there are much better places to live.
