I mean, everything in the apartments are brand new. However, because everything is brand new, the rent is outrageous. And make sure that when you're checking the prices, that everything is written down i.e.: price, which apartment, the square footage, and whatever else. we went in there a month before we moved in becuase at the time we were living in VA Beach. the lady told us the price of the apartment we wanted, and said that it would be that price a month from then. Well, when we got there, they jacked the price up and becuase we didnt have anything in writing we didnt have a valuable arguement.

It is nice living in a brand new place, the rent sucks, and another down fall is the windows. The windows are old and very drafty. i have to keep the heat at 70 and im still freezing especially if im sitting by a window. They are doing construction, so you have to deal with that all day. You can hear the people living beside you, and above you. i cant even go to sleep at night until the people living above me go to sleep, because all you hear are footsteps and loud cracks and running. its horrible.

When you finally move in and you have to pay all of those fees and whatever, one of those fees is a fee for the clubhouse. well, we moved in October, and the clubhouse was under construction. well, the clubhouse is still under construction and they are saying it might be another month before it will be able to use.

let me just say, we are only staying here for a year until the lease is up, i cannot put up with this place any longer. we pay a hell of a lot more than most people pay for their mortgage. and all we got is a 925 sq ft apartment. i wouldnt recommend this to anyone. sorry
